Project Overview
The strategic objective for this initiative with SVOTS was to design a new website that engages their users and helps to establish their reputation as a leader in the Orthodox Church. The digital presence and experience the website provides should be visually pleasing and easy to use for both the end users and the content managers.
Solution
Working collaboratively with SVOTS, Promet helped to define goals for the website and discover the needs of target users to ensure those needs are met through offering easy to access content on the website. Also moving the website from Drupal 6 to Drupal 9, while simultaneously redesigning the site, helped provide the thought leadership and digital brand presence desired by SVOTS.
The key to success for this solution was to engage SVOTS stakeholders and end users throughout the web design and development process to ensure that the website anticipates the needs of the users and drives them to support the mission of the seminary. Driving engagement with the content offered by SVOTS will ultimately result in loyalty of their donors, while helping to influence the world in a positive way.
